Shipping Policy

COCO HIT Shipping & Delivery Policy

We aim to get the good vibes flowing fast — here’s everything you need to know about how your COCO HIT order gets from us to you.


1. Fulfilment & Dispatch

All orders are packed and dispatched from our fulfilment partner in Victoria, Australia.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.


2. Delivery Timeframes

Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times depend on your location and chosen courier:

Metro VIC, NSW, SA 2–5 business days
Regional areas 4–7 business days
QLD, WA, NT 5–10 business days

These are estimates only. Delays due to weather, courier issues, or public holidays may occasionally occur.


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.


4. Delivery Areas

We currently ship to addresses within Australia only.
If you’re located overseas and craving COCO HIT, send us a message — we’re working on it!


5. Authority to Leave (ATL)

All parcels will be delivered with Authority to Leave unless requested otherwise. This means the courier may leave your parcel in a safe place if no one is home.

If you require a signature on delivery, please add a note during checkout or email us before your order ships.


6. Lost, Damaged or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking link first. Then contact us at info@cocohit.com.au and we’ll help sort it out.

If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, let us know as soon as possible with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.


7. Changes to Shipping Info

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We’re unable to make changes once your order is packed and shipped.

Orders returned due to incorrect address may incur a re-shipping fee.
