COCO HIT Returns & Refunds Policy
At COCO HIT, we’re all about good vibes — but if your order didn’t arrive as expected, we’re here to help make it right.
Return Timeframe
You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to report any issues. We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We do not offer returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
Direct Purchases Only
This Returns & Refunds Policy applies only to purchases made directly through COCO HIT (via our website or official customer service channels).
If you purchased your COCO HIT product from a retailer, distributor, café, supermarket, or third-party stockist, please contact them directly to arrange any return, refund, or exchange under their store policy.
How to Lodge a Return
To request a return, send us an email at info@cocohit.com.au with the following details:

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos showing the fault or damage
Once we review your request, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label and instructions.
Please don’t send anything back without contacting us first — returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, let us know as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to resolve it quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:

Sale or clearance stock

Limited edition or personalised items
If you’re unsure about your item’s eligibility, feel free to contact us before initiating a return.
Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow additional processing time depending on your bank or card provider.
Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law
This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product is faulty, not as described, or does not perform as promised. We comply fully with all obligations under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
